We had a beautiful day on Sunday. I grabbed my camera on the way out the door to worship,
thinking I might snap some pictures..... and I did!
The air was sooooo cool and crisp. The mountains were glorious.
We drove down to the coast on our way home from church, just because we wanted to bask in the sun.
Later that afternoon, I had the privilege of teaching 20 little ones about worship.
Recognizing God + Right heart response = Worship
Thank You Lord for the glorious sun.
I love you Lord because you shine brighter than the sun.
Thank You for our life and health.
I love you Lord because your love is better than life.
Thank You for play time.
I love you Lord because you want to spend time with us.
Thank You for laughter.
I love you Lord because you have the best since of humor.
Thank You for creating man and woman, and giving us different roles.
I love you Lord because you are Three in ONE.
Thank You for clothing us.
I love you Lord because you are more beautiful than the most beautifully
clothed person on earth.
Thank You for colors.
I love you Lord because you are more artistic than the greatest artist on earth.
Thank You for friends.
I love you Lord because fellowship with you is sweeter than any other.
Thank You for the beautiful snow-peaked mountains.
I love you Lord, for you are purer than the whitest snow.
Thank You for the majesty and splendor of the mountains.
I love you Lord because you are more majestic than the mountains.
Thank You for the bald eagle..... perched by the ferry.
I love you Lord for your Word is more exciting than the words ..... "Look, a bald eagle!"
Thank You for the prayers of children.
I love you Lord because you are patient with your children.
Thank You for freedom to worship You.
I love you Lord because you keep your promises.
Thank you Lord for the cold, northwest water.
I love you Lord because you ARE the living water.
Thank You for my sweet #3.... so full of life, crazy though she is!
(she was giddy with excitement about being by the water in the sun....
and proceded to act like she was in San Diego, even though it was 50 degrees!
I made her take a warm bath right when we got home, for fear she was going to get sick!)
"God is spirit and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth."
