Well, since it's nearly the end of August, I figured I had better get my act together and start posting about our summer, before school starts! So, here is our fourth of July in a nutshell. We went up to Blaine, where the Pastor's sister lives, and got to go to their small town parade. It really was fun, and just our speed!! When the parade was over, we headed back to Num Num and Papa's house, where they surprised the kids with an old go-cart. It had them entertained for hours!! After a bit of riding, the kids got to paint old crates. It was such a smart, creative project for the whole family, and the finished flags look so awesome in Num Num's yard …. I'll post pictures of them in the yard in the next post!!
