Today I was inside working,
and Abby came running in to tell me
that she and Toby had a surprise for me.
I went outside, and lo and behold,
they had weeded our entire veggie plot!
How proud they were of themselves. . .
and how proud Mama was of their labor of love!
We planted pole beans, cucumbers, squash,
(I know I'm being ambitious with our small plot. . .)
cantaloupe, and yellow peppers.
Grow little plants grow!!!
